We keep the data needed to do the work, and we keep it separated by customer.

Last updated September 10, 2026. Giant is operated by MG Technology Company. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how SMS, call, and optional Gmail project-import information is used.

Optional Gmail project import

Gmail is connected only when you ask us to connect it.

When you select Gmail import for a project and choose Continue with Google, Giant requests read-only Gmail access. You set the Gmail search rules, such as a sender, recipient, subject, or domain. We use those rules to search for mail relevant to that project. We do not ask for access to send, edit, label, or delete Gmail messages.

Gmail data is used only to provide the project-import feature you start. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to create, train, or improve a general-purpose AI model. It is not automatically shared with the other party on a project. Access is protected in transit and at rest, and limited to secure connection and hosting providers that process it only under Giant's instructions to operate the requested feature.

You can stop future Gmail access by revoking Giant in your Google Account's third-party access settings. To request deletion of Giant project information associated with a Gmail import, contact Support@riotgiants.com. We retain only information required for the project feature and applicable security, legal, or audit obligations.

Giant's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we collect

We collect information you give us, information created while we provide the service, and narrow evidence from systems you choose to connect or upload.

Contact details

Your name, business name, phone number, email address, and consent records.

Calls and messages

Call status, transcripts, summaries, recordings when you consent, and service messages.

Business evidence

Files, exports, connected-system data, and facts needed to measure one improvement at a time.

Gmail project import

The Gmail search rules you set and the project-mail information needed for the optional, read-only Gmail import.

Billing records

Plan, subscription, invoice, and usage records. Card details are handled by our payment provider.

App activity

How we use it

We use your information to verify your identity, schedule and run calls, build and measure improvements, provide support, process billing, protect the service, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate Giant, such as hosting, messaging, analytics, payment, and support vendors. They may use the information only to provide services to us and may not use mobile opt-in data or SMS consent for their own purposes.

If you choose to allow optional measurement, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand site use and whether an ad visit resulted in an assessment booking. We do not enable ad personalization through this setting, and declining keeps those optional measurement tags from loading.

SMS and calls

You opt in to the Giant SMS program by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages during signup or account setup. Once you opt in, Giant may send account and service messages such as assessment calls, verification codes, service updates, approval reminders, support follow-ups, and tool or result notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

You can ask to update, export, or delete your information, disconnect systems, revoke consent, or close your account by contacting michael@riotgiants.com. Some records may be kept when needed for security, billing, legal, or audit reasons.
