Plain terms for a service that improves one thing at a time.

Last updated July 14, 2026. These terms are between you and Riot Giants LLC, doing business as SteadyGiant.

The service

SteadyGiant calls you, helps identify expensive business problems, builds small tools or workflows, and reports measured progress. Some work is automated and some is reviewed by humans.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information, keep your account secure, approve or reject important actions promptly, and only connect systems you are authorized to use.

Approvals

Anything customer-facing, financial, destructive, or materially expanding access waits for your approval. If you do not approve something, we may not be able to complete that improvement.

Billing

Paid plans are month to month unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Billing actions may require step-up verification. You can cancel before a renewal.

SMS terms of service

Program. The SteadyGiant SMS program sends account and service messages including verification codes, assessment calls, weekly service messages, approval reminders, support follow-ups, and tool or result notifications.

How to opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS from SteadyGiant during signup or account setup. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from the SMS program at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS. Reply HELP for help, or contact michael@riotgiants.com. Opting out of SMS may limit parts of the service that depend on timely approvals or notifications.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limits and expectations

We work to make measurable business improvements, but we do not guarantee any specific revenue, profit, valuation, or legal outcome except as described on the Guarantee page.

You keep ownership of your business data. You grant us permission to use it only to provide, secure, measure, and support SteadyGiant.

Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activity. We may suspend access if needed to protect customers, the service, or the public.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SteadyGiant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
